What counts as a screening check?
A check is one billable screening request through the portal, API or batch workflow.
How is ongoing monitoring priced?
Ongoing monitoring is billed monthly using the average daily number of actively monitored customers and the published volume tiers. Initial screening and sanctions and PEP rechecks are included.
Is the initial customer screening included with ongoing monitoring?
Yes. When a customer is enrolled in ongoing monitoring, their initial screening is included in the monitoring price.
Are API and CSV batch screening included?
Portal access, API and batch screening are included alongside customer monitoring and case management.
Does Checklynx charge per user?
The published pricing is based on the base subscription, screening checks and actively monitored customers. It does not list a per-user or per-seat charge.
Can we evaluate Checklynx before purchasing?
Yes. Checklynx offers 30 days of full product access with no credit card required. A business email is required.
